Shipping policy

When will my items/package ship?

After your order is placed, please allow 5–10 business days for processing before it is dropped off at the post office. During new launches and holidays, processing may take up to 14 business days. Weekends are not included.

Orders that include one of our organizer tools may require an additional 2–3 business days.

These timeframes do not include shipping time from the post office. Each item is made to order and carefully inspected to ensure you receive the best quality clay cutters and tools.

International Shipping and Digital File Orders: 

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We’re not able to ship to APO/FPO military addresses or international locations right now. Digital files are ONLY available within the United States. Thank you for understanding!

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order leaves our studio and is accepted by USPS, it is no longer within our control. Lee Clay Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, you will need to contact your local post office directly to file a claim or speak with your Post Master/Mail Carrier for assistance.

In most cases, “missing” packages are often found in one of these places:

Delivered to a neighbor by mistake

Placed in a safe or unusual spot around your home

Marked as delivered a day or two early by USPS

Please check your home thoroughly, ask household members, and check with nearby neighbors before contacting USPS, this resolves the issue the majority of the time.

Because we do not have access to USPS internal delivery information, we are unable to locate or replace packages marked as delivered. Your local post office will have the most accurate and detailed information to help. Please contact USPS Postal Services to track your order and file a claim. If you need assistance, please reach out to us via email and providing your full name and order number. 

Missing or Incorrect Items

We lovingly pack each order by hand, and we always want to make sure you receive everything you purchased. If something seems to be missing or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of your package being marked delivered so we can make it right for you.

Because we are a small family business and hand-check each package ourselves, we’re unable to replace or refund missing items reported after the 1-week window. After that point, we can’t accurately verify what happened with the order.

Incorrect Mailing Addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. All orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the customer. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we are not responsible for packages that are returned, delayed, or delivered to the wrong location.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are more than happy to reship it, but the new shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

We truly appreciate your understanding as a small family business and want to make sure your items get to you safely!

Can I combine my orders if I place multiple orders on your website?
Yes, you can combine your orders as long as your 1st order hasn’t shipped yet. Please put a note (located at the bottom left before checkout) to combine your orders. Having your order number included will be helpful. Once your label has been created and shipped, we cannot combine your order. Any excess shipping fees will be refunded to your original payment method and an email notification will be sent.

Can I combine my order with Etsy?
Due to Etsy’s fees, we are no longer able to combine orders from our website with orders from Etsy & refund any differences/shipping fees. All items on our Etsy are available on our website here for a better pricing. If you do not see an item here on our website, please send us an email and we will gladly help you find the clay cutter you’re looking for!

Lost/Stolen orders: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen product. If your package gets lost, please contact USPS Postal Services to track your order and file a claim. If you need assistance, please reach out to us via email and providing your full name and order number. 

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to the sender due to incorrect package/address details, we are happy to work with you to resend your order. You must purchase a new label, please reach out to us  via email at leeclayco@gmail.com so we can assist.

Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to check that your cart is correct before placing your order. If you have any issues, please reach out to us via email at leeclayco@gmail.com and include your full name and order number.
