We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 

Damaged or Broken Cutters & Tools Policy

All of our clay cutters and tools are handmade with care to ensure durability and clean cuts. Because they are used in many different crafting environments, wear and tear can vary based on handling, storage, clay type, and baking conditions.

If a cutter or tool becomes damaged or breaks due to improper use, exposure to high heat, force, or misuse, we are not responsible for replacing it. Please use our products gently and as intended to prolong their lifespan.

We also offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery for any concerns about defects in craftsmanship.

If you believe your cutter arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days with photos, and we will be happy to help.

After 30 days, we cannot replace or refund cutters or tools, as we cannot verify how they were used or stored.

DIGITAL FILES: We do not offer refunds on digital purchases. Please refrain from distributing or reproducing the content contained in these files, as they are the intellectual property of Lee Clay Co.

DISCOUNT CODES: Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed. We are unable to issue refunds or adjustments for missed codes.
